Orders and Payment

Placing Orders

By placing an order, you:

• Make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price
• Confirm that all order information is accurate
• Acknowledge that order acceptance is at our discretion

An order is considered accepted only when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment Terms

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI payments
• For bulk orders, custom payment terms may be arranged
• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at that price. If payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Severability
